Our Mission:

The Congerville Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) is dedicated to safeguarding lives, and property through mitigation, preparation, response, recovery, and prevention of disasters in and around the Village of Congerville. Collaborating with local, state, and federal agencies, CEMA seeks to deliver swift, coordinated response and support restoration efforts, while fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience throughout the community.
